Hot Stamping Dies

Specialized in the development of body safety structural dies for products such as door rings, A-pillars, B-pillars, underbody shields, floor rings, and reinforcement beams. The dies are designed for hot stamping forming of ultra-high-strength steel above 1200°C, meeting both vehicle crash safety and lightweight requirements.

Hot Stamped Components

Mass production of key vehicle body safety parts including A-pillars, B-pillars, center tunnels, front bulkheads, front and rear bumpers, rocker panels, longitudinal beam reinforcement plates, and door anti-collision beams, with a daily production capacity of 10,000–20,000 pieces.

Supporting Process Services

Providing full-process technical services including hot stamping CAE analysis, die development, laser cutting, precision inspection, and production line support.

III. Manufacturing Strength and Equipment Configuration

Automated Production Lines

Equipped with two automated hot stamping production lines featuring 1200-ton and 800-ton Tianduan servo presses, integrated with robotic systems and automatic conveying equipment, capable of producing a full range of ultra-high-strength steel hot stamped parts.

Core Processing Equipment

The company operates high-precision equipment including five-axis machining centers, five-axis laser cutting machines, deep-hole drilling machines, and CNC machining centers, achieving machining accuracy up to 0.01 mm.

Inspection and Auxiliary Equipment

Advanced inspection systems such as Hexagon CMMs, blue-light scanners, induction hardening machines, and vibration aging machines ensure dimensional accuracy and material stability.

Production Capacity

Annual die production capacity reaches 800 sets, while annual component production exceeds 5 million pieces, providing stable support for OEM mass production programs.
